Submissions & processing
We process your email address, submitted link or text, optional files, follow-up information and review history to confirm and handle your submission and provide a response. This information is necessary for the service you request. Do not submit medical records or personal health information.
Technical operation
Cloudflare delivers the public website and protects its connections. Linevast hosts the application and its private storage. ROOKHALL supports private case administration. Technical connection data and security records support operation and protection against abuse. Authorised contributors receive access appropriate to their assigned work.
Session, language & media
A necessary session cookie protects sign-in and submissions. Language selection and film controls use local browser features. Fonts, images and films are served through this website. We do not use advertising pixels or social-media trackers.
Private responses & publication
Your submission and its source files are private. An anonymised publication requires your additional consent to the specific version. You can withdraw that consent in your account; the corresponding public version will then be hidden.
Retention & your rights
Case data is retained as needed to handle the submission, follow-up questions and its case record. You can request access, correction or deletion and object to processing. Access and deletion requests are recorded in your account and reviewed; they do not trigger unreviewed automatic deletion. You can also contact the competent data protection authority in Monaco, the APDP.
