THE METHODOLOGY
Good answers begin with good questions.
Traceable research and independent specialist review shape our review process.

Explainers & transparency register
Our five myth cards summarise published health information. Numbered sources are documented in the transparency register. This education is separate from the individual specialist review of submitted claims; the review process below applies to submissions.
01 · Claim & source
We identify the specific claim and its source. We examine medical claims; we do not rate people.
02 · Scientific research
Research records the search strategy, date, relevant literature and the quality of the evidence. The reach of a post is not scientific evidence.
03 · Specialist review
Research and medical approval are handled by different people. Assignments, conflicts of interest and approvals are recorded.
04 · Clear assessment
Each answer explains its conclusion, sources and evidence limitations. Insufficient evidence does not automatically mean disproven.
05 · Response & corrections
Your response stays in your private account. A public version requires your separate approval. Substantive changes are versioned and reviewed again.
